Among all these features, I loved the text reading feature and the writing assists for better writing. But, most of the features packed in this writing tool are helpful and are worth paying for. But there are some negatives also, which I have discussed below.
Ginger Software: Free Version vs. Premium Version
The Ginger Grammer checker and writing assistant tool can be used for free to check spelling errors, grammatical mistakes, and writing style. However, with the free version, you can only check up to 900 characters at a time. Furthermore, there is also a weekly limit to the number of times this tool can be used to make grammatical or spelling corrections.
The tool can also be used to rephrase existing sentences to improve the overall writing quality for free. While there is no character limit, there is a limit to the number of times the ‘rephrase’ option can be used. Currently, up to 40 sentences can be rephrased using the free version of Ginger Grammar Checker.
Features like Translation and Essay Checker are not available in the free version of the Ginger Grammar Checker tool.
On the other hand, the premium version of the Ginger Grammar Checker tool offers advanced features like translation in 40 plus languages, unlimited sentence rephrasing, grammar or spelling corrections for up to 5,000 characters at a time, and the option to check full sentences and paragraphs and correct multiple mistakes at once. The premium version also allows users to download Ginger Grammar Checker as an add-in to Microsoft Office. This feature is available on Windows for now.

How to Use Ginger Grammar Checker
You can use the Ginger Grammar Checker in three different ways – by directly visiting Ginger Grammar Checker’s official website, by installing the Ginger Grammar Checker extensions on Chrome, Extension, or Safari, or by downloading the mobile application on your smartphone.
In the case of the first method, type Ginger Grammar Checker in the search bar. You will be able to see the official website at the top of your search results. Click to open Ginger Grammar Checker’s official website.
As soon as you open the official website, you will see a text box on top of the page. Paste a part of your writing in the text box and click on the ‘Correct’ button. As soon as you click the ‘correct’ button, the tool will highlight the errors in your text. If you place your cursor on the highlighted portion, you will be able to view the correction suggested by the AI tool.
Ginger Pros & Cons
