When the person you are emailing is your client, not a new prospect, you can stick to “best regards.” You can use “warm regards” when the conversation is with someone in the family or your friend. It is not well suited for a professional email or conversation.

But when the conversation has more of a formal tone and is with a new prospect or client, it is better to sign off with the kindest regards.
