My mother connects the whole family through her efforts to love and care for everyone. She has the same amount of love and devotion toward everyone at home. Through her daily efforts, she truly unifies our family as a whole. She has had an influence on my emotional, spiritual, and intellectual development – making me a healthy and outgoing child.

My Mother Essay within 400 words
“To describe my mother would be to write about a hurricane in its perfect power.”
Maya Angelou
I wanted to start this essay with this quote because I feel the same way about my mother as the great poet Maya Angelou. I think that is what every child feels while writing or talking about their mother. But I will still try my best to write about mine within 400 words.
My mother by her own admission is a very ordinary woman but to me, she is an extraordinary mother. When she married my father and gave birth to me, she was a housewife who was content to play the role of a loving wife and mother. But when tragedy struck our family in the form of my father falling sick and being bedridden for a while, she courageously took up the mantle of being the provider for our family.
She got a job as a school teacher to provide for our family of four. But along with fulfilling the responsibilities of her new job, she continued with her old tasks too which included getting up very early in the morning to prepare breakfast and lunch for me and my brother, and cooking and caring for my father.
She also used to give tuition classes to a few children from economically backward families in the evening and kept a strict eye on my brother and me to check if we were doing our homework. I was very young when she started working so I did not fully understand the amount of effort my mother was putting in to make sure that my brother, my father, and I had food on our plate. Clothing and also continue our education. She single-handedly took care of all of us and all our needs.
Now that I am in class 12, I know how hard my mother works to make sure that we have a good life. In my eyes, she is a warrior. She is also my inspiration and my role model. I am thankful for all that she has done for us and is still doing. I don’t know if I am strong enough to do what my mother has done for me but I hope that one day I will be able to take good care of her just like the way she is taking care of us.
My Mother Essay Within 500 Words
“All that I am or ever hope to be, I owe to my angel mother.”
Abraham Lincoln
My first step towards loving the life I was given was through loving my mother. She is everything that I call happiness. My mother’s selfless love towards my siblings and me is unparalleled by anything in this world. She has been with me day and night despite many difficult conditions.
My mother sets an example and inspires me through her persistence, devotion, conduct, and conduct. This essay is all about my mother and why she is so precious to me.
Why I Love My Mother
I cannot help loving my mother after what she has done for me and the amount of love she has given to me. She loved me at my weakest. My Mother was there for me when I could not speak, walk, or move. She understands my needs and pains even without me saying a word about them.
The fact that I am able to talk, walk, and live in this world is all thanks to her. Because of her encouragement and love, I have been able to take bigger steps in life. She is the strongest warrior in my eyes who helped me grow up and become a strong human being.
Her Love
My mother is an essence of love, truthfulness, and sincerity. She is like a guardian angel protecting us from all the difficulties and hardships of life with her angel wings. But, surprisingly, she demands nothing in return. She will to care extends beyond our family. She would even help and care about strangers and animals. Her acts of selflessness ( small or big) inspires me to be like her someday.
Her Strength
My mother does not have immense physical strength. But, she never bends before her weaknesses in the face of a difficult situation; that is where her true strength lies – in resilience. She can single-handedly manage and take care of her personal struggles and the troubles in her family.
My mother has always motivated me to study, learn, and develop my skills. When I feel like giving up on anything, she is there to lift me up, motivate me and guide me to pursue my goals. My mother is an important source of my motivation in life.
My Last Hope
The best thing about my mother is that she accepts me and loves me for who I am. When I have no one to turn to, I have her. I can hide behind her when I get scolded by my dad. She always helps me right my wrongs and supports me during both smaller and larger problems.
She motivates me to keep on working hard until I solve my problems. I never submit to lies, wrongs, or difficulties – these are some good qualities I have acquired from my mother’s teachings.
My mother was my first light in the darkness; she would put me to sleep when it was difficult falling asleep at night. My mother has been by my side through health and sickness. Words fall short when I try to express my love, gratitude, and thanks to my mother. She is and will be my safest place for comfort. Not just my mother but all mothers out there deserve praise, love, and respect for being who they are.
Bottom Line
A mother defines what it truly means to be selfless, loving, and supportive toward her children and family. She is the sacred monument of love, kindness, and forgiveness.
