  • CCL is paid at 100% of the leave salary for the first 365 days and at 80% of the leave salary for the next 365 days.

You should also know that childcare leaves are not available for all employees in the private sector in India. The availability and duration of childcare leaves depend on the policies and regulations of the employer and the state. 

Some private companies may offer childcare leave to their female employees as a part of their welfare schemes, but they are not legally obliged to do so.
